WE DID IT!!!!

As sung by Dora the Explorer...... WE DID IT, WE DID IT, YEAH YEAH WE DID IT!!!!!! If you didn't know the Race for the Cure was today in Germantown. Keith and I were on a team made up of our family and friends. Today was my second of many more races to come!! My sisters and their husbands were also on the same team. This was their first race ever!! Most of them have just started running this past year. They all did awesome! But I know today for me and my sisters this day was more significant than just a race. Five years ago our Grandmother was diagnosed with breast cancer. After a double mastectomy she has remained cancer free! I know for me and my sisters that today she wasn't far from our thoughts!

I know taking a picture with these girls is worst than with kids!

Of course the girls were there supporting the cause in the 1 mile family walk! Larry (my father-in-law) pushed Rylie and Erica (my sister-in-law) pushed her little girl, Savannah!
