Long time coming...

This has been a post in the making for a few days now. As you can tell by the date! Apparently the we have been busier than I thought when I started planning this post!


So I will begin.... LAST WEDNESDAY ( I said it was a late post!) we started celebrating Easter by dying eggs at Mewmaw's house. Of course Rylie loved getting in touch with her artsy side! Anything to paint or color and she is in! She enjoyed the whole process more than I thought she would!

My Easter eggs! This is about as creative as I get! Sorry it's not impressive!

Thursday we enjoyed a day with Keith! He took off work to work on the upstairs playroom. But we were able to steal him away for a picnic in the park. Rylie loved playing with him. He definitely is more fun at a playground than I have been lately!

Last but most importantly we celebrated the day of our risen King! We had lunch with family and finished it off with the traditional Easter egg hunt McMillan style!

Rylie barely needing much help from us when it came time to hunt for eggs. She is getting to be a pro at finding them. She even enjoyed hiding the eggs from the adults! Of course she didn't mind helping me hunt for them! :) She would get really excited when I would find one on my own, saying "good job mommy"!


Hope everyone enjoyed there Easter as much as we did! I am very thankful for my relationship with Christ and that He loved me to not only die for me but to live a life with me!
