I love it when I get the chance to run outside. I am really enjoying these warmer temps! Well one day on one of my runs I came across a park in one of the subdivisions around our house. Its a nice quiet park with a walking trail, some swings, and one large piece of playground equipment. I couldn't wait for the chance to take the kids to play! So yesterday I packed up the kids and we walked yes walked to this park. Of course I knew how far it was from my house and that it would me much quicker to drive but I thought we all would enjoy it. We definitely did! Our total walking time was about 50 minutes there and back. It seemed quicker plus I got an extra day of exercise in even on my day off! The park wasn't busy at all. I'm not sure if that's because of school is still in or because it's new equipment or maybe it is a hidden treasure! Either way I am sure we will be making routine visits to this place in hopes that it stays this way! To be honest I was scared to even blog about it because I didn't want the word to get out. Yes even though I have only a few readers I was still a little hesitant. But I wouldn't want to keep all the fun to myself.....or would I??? Before I change my mind check out the cute pictures with my even cuter subjects!
It was hard to get her to stay still for long!
I was so impressed at how good she gets around! I am told she loves to play on the monkey bars at Happy Times and I now believe it!
Yea he knows he's adorable!
One of my favorite things about this park is the rubber mat (or whatever type of ground it is). I laid out some blankets and he sat there and played with his toys while Rylie played.
Picture by Rylie! I wasn't prepared for a picture but she did such a great job I could not post it!
Love him!! Happy 9 months old sweet boy!

Wow, that park looks like a lot of fun... especially when you have it to yourself! Is it brand new? It reminds me of how when me, Alan, and Savannah did the walking trail by the waterfall area in Heber and we found a random playground in the woods! It felt like a mirage!
The kids look like they like it just as much as you! I can't believe baby Ethan is 9 months already.
Looks so fun...glad you had such good weather for a private playtime in the park.
now where exactly is this park? :)
