LOVE, LOVE, LOVE ........

Hope everyone enjoyed this Valentines Day. We had a full but very much enjoyed weekend! My most favorite holidays would probably be Christmas and Valentines Day. I love celebrations and any opportunity to share the excitement with my family. Both holidays are different but they revolve around the one truth and that is LOVE! The love of my Savior that came to this earth to save someone like me and in obedience to Him we share that love with the World. I don't believe that we should only show our families how much we love them just on holidays. But we all get so busy we let those moments pass by too often. Every year I always vow not to make these holidays the only time I show my family, especially my husband and daughter the blessings they are in my life. But when this time comes around I always feel like I take them for granted. Of course Rylie is constantly telling me I kiss her too much and it hurts when I hug her but the older she gets I don't want that to change. I also take for granted my relationship with Keith. Yes, I love him and he knows that and of course I tell him. But do I always show that love? Words can only go so far without any action taken. Does he know that our relationship is more than just loving each other but we are partners? He is my best friend the one I share my heart with and that God could not have blessed me with a better man. Lastly my Savior the one who loved me before I was ever a thought in my parents head. He loves me regardless no exception. I know I take that for granted everyday. So this year maybe if I speak/write these words I will keep them.
Now on to the festivities of the weekend! We started Thursday making Valentine goodies and cards. Friday Rylie had her Valentines party at the daycare. That night she went to dinner with Memaw and Pepaw and spent the night with them too.
Friday night I surprised Keith with tickets to Monster Jam at the Fedex Forum. I was surprised at how much fun I had. Its a good thing too since I am sure this little man will want to go just like his daddy!
Saturday morning we ate breakfast at Perkins! We always loved going out for breakfast but anyone with a toddler knows that doesn't happen much if at all. Keith also surprised me with an iPhone which has become my favorite new toy. I don't know what to do with 16GB of memory! He also gave me a zebra hard cover! He knows me so well!! My style but also that I'm a little clumsy too! That night Keith took Rylie and I to dinner at Osaka! :) Yum!!

Sunday after church Rylie had two of her friends over for a play date and a much anticipated tea party!

Overall we all thoroughly enjoyed this Valentines Day! Hope everyone spent some special time with the ones they love and continue to show that love throughout the year!
